For someone in Central Texas, AALI became the place where a relationship opened a door. Where they found the confidence to lead. Where an opportunity changed the direction of their life.
Our alumni carry those experiences into boardrooms, classrooms, workplaces, and neighborhoods—opening doors for others along the way.
Today, that opportunity is at risk for the next class. Corporate and grant funding that has historically supported AALI has fallen short. Without additional support, we will be unable to offer any of our signature programs in 2027.
